I supported Boa Marketing for six months, working as Social Media Manager across a portfolio of their hospitality clients. My role covered the full day-to-day of social delivery; scheduling content, building detailed shoot briefs, briefing videos to editors, editing imagery in Lightroom and writing captions that aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.

OVERVIEW

I collaborated closely with the founders, videographer and editing team, following Boa’s internal processes to take content from initial concept through to polished, on-brand posts. This hands-on experience gave me a deeper insight into fast-paced agency workflows and the creative demands of the hospitality industry.
